Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services purchased from YADS Innovations (YourAIDigitalSolutions).

General Refund Policy

All services including AI consulting, automation services, digital solutions, and subscription services are generally non-refundable once purchased or activated.

Promotional or Special Offers

In certain cases, promotional services may include a cancellation and refund period.

Customers may cancel such services within five (5) days from the date of purchase.

If cancellation is requested within the 5-day period, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 5-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

• Reason for cancellation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
